Position:
(12-month fixed-term contract) Job Analyst Junior level of pay Official Address: Umjantshi House Corporate Office Department: Human Capital Management Citation: R&S/JAHCM/JAH/258 Provide job analysis and evaluation services is the department’s mission.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze the structures, functional plans, and organizational strategies.
- Plan site visits and job analysis meetings.
- Create job profiles after evaluating work roles and jobs.
- Provide guidance on job profiling and grading standards.
- Work together with current employees and line supervisors.
- administer grade results and job requests.
- Publish reports on the job descriptions and grades.
- keep a database of grades and job descriptions.

Requirements:
- The equivalent of a diploma in human resources management (NQF 6)
- 4 years of experience in employment analysis
- MS Office and HCM fundamentals knowledge
- understanding of the procedures for job analysis and evaluation
- Knowledge of SAP Organisation Management and Project Management
