Umokha: The Curse Actor Mlungisi Mathe Ties the Knot
Mlungisi Mathe, a gifted actor renowned for his roles in “Skeem Saam” and “Umokha: The Curse,” has recently exchanged vows in matrimony.
Mathe, who portrays Emkay in “Skeem Saam” and Sibusiso in “Umokha: The Curse,” recently celebrated his wedding. Taking to social media, Mlungisi Mathe shared cherished snapshots from his wedding ceremony.

In 2020, Mathe marked his three-year anniversary with his long-time partner, Nonduh Mkhize, who also shared images of their wedding day on her Instagram account, as reported by Iharare.

Fans of “Skeem Saam” and “Umokha” joined in congratulating the couple, who are parents to a daughter, via their Instagram profiles.
In a dramatic turn of events, “Umokha: The Curse” character Mamzobe, who is Mlungisi’s biological mother, accused Sibusiso of her son’s demise on Friday, September 22.
Mlungisi, who served as the leader of Mvelase’s church, tragically ended his life by leaping from a building after a night of revelry with his brothers Khulekani, Siphamandla, and his former best friend, Sibusiso.
It was Sibusiso who influenced Mkhululi negatively and drove a wedge between him and his half-brother, Siphamandla.
According to a teaser from TVSA on Tuesday, September 26, Maphalala would warn Sibusiso that his misdeeds would haunt him indefinitely.
Mathe, known for his portrayal of Emkay in “Skeem Saam,” also suffered the loss of his on-screen confidant, Fanie Maseremula, in 2021 when he was fatally injured by Lehasa.
