The prospective candidate would ideally possess the following qualifications & experience:
An eminent professional of known integrity and competence having a Ph.D. in
Broadcast Media, Digital Media, Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or
Economics from an HEC recognized University of Pakistan or abroad with 14 years
professional experience or Masters in Broadcast Media, Digital Media, Business
Administration. Marketing, Finance or Economics from an HEC recognized
University of Pakistan or abroad with 18 years’ experience in the relevant field.
⚫ With at least 5 years’ experience at a senior executive level in a private or public sector organization/corporation.
⚫ The maximum age (to be calculated on the closing date of submission of applications) of the candidate is 62 years.

The Managing Director shall be the Chief Executive of the SRBC and shall provide leadership and strategic management. Implement the vision, mission, goals, strategies and policies of the company as .
outlined and approved by the Board of Directors. Making appropriate arrangements to ensure that funds and resources are
properly safeguarded and are used economically, efficiently and effectively and in
accordance with all statutory obligations. Oversee quality control throughout the company, establishing goals for each
department in partnership with division managers. Pursue global best practices on company management and administration and
encourage and facilitate technological innovation and research in its core activities. Provide general oversight of the company, manage its daily operations and ensure
a smoothly functioning, efficient and effective organization.
Ensure organizational stability through regular monitoring and evaluation, implementation of internally accepted administrative and operational standards
and controls, systems and procedures.
• Ensure alignment of the company’s operations with its strategic objectives through
development of the annual strategic and business plans. Develop annual financial plans and ensure their implementations. Oversee the fiscal activities of the company including budgeting, financial
management, reporting and audits.


MP-I salary package/ benefits as admissible under Management Position Scales. HOW TO APPLY:
