CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER/ MANAGING DIRECTOR
business of import and regasification of Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG). Candidates should, inter alia, possess the following attributes:
i. Graduate degree (preferably Post Graduate or Master’s degree) in the relevant field including engineering, economics, energy management, law, finance, accountancy, business administration and/or member of a recognized body of professional accountants from a reputable university/ institution recognized/ accredited from HEC or from a foreign reputable university/ institution.
II. Fifteen (15) years post qualification experience of which seven (07) years’ experience should be in a senior
management leadership role. Relevant international LNG industry experience will be given preference. iii. Candidate should be able to demonstrate an in depth understanding of the energy landscape in Pakistan. iv. Ability to articulate clear strategic options, evaluate potential outcomes and plan effective implementation with
a clear focus on delivery.
v. Knowledge and experience to implement best practices of corporate governance, risk management.
vi. Strong ability to ensure operational efficiency and cost-effective management of resources.
vii. Exceptional people management, relationship building and negotiation skills; multicultural competence; and the
ability to influence relevant stakeholders. viii. Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
ix. Impeccable integrity and reputation. x. Analytical, intellectually robust, commercially astute and able to work with the Board and deliver.
Terms & Conditions:
The position is based in Islamabad, but our Client reserves the right to relocate the candidate anywhere
Pakistan. Selected candidate will be offered a three (03) years contract (extendable and/or terminable in the sole opinion
of our Client) with a market based compensation package and other perks and privileges commensurate with experience and the applicable laws. Qualified and experienced expatriate Pakistanis may also apply. Please note that the candidates applying from abroad may submit their applications and if any document is required on Pakistan stamp paper or where
Pakistan authority verification is necessary, the same will be subsequently provided at the time when the
candidate is in Pakistan and shortlisted for further review.
