Gogo Skhotheni, whose real name is Tumi Motsoeneng, revealed that she is open to the idea of a polyandrous marriage but with one significant condition – her husband’s consent. “It was a fun experience. If my husband would allow me to have a second husband, I think I would. It was amusing to see his reaction, as we rarely argue about our relationship. Our disagreements usually revolve around more serious matters. So, witnessing his reaction when I broached the topic of a second husband was intriguing,” she admitted.

Gogo Skhotheni acknowledged that while she found the idea appealing, there was currently no second husband in the picture.

The reality show audience witnessed Gogo Skhotheni’s husband and mother expressing their reservations about her unconventional choice. Despite the doubts and concerns, Gogo Skhotheni stood her ground.

“I understand that my mother felt embarrassed in her role as my mother. She has yet to fully accept it. I’ve never disrespected her in any way, so I believe she’ll come to understand with time,” she shared.

Adapting to this new dynamic in her relationship proved to be challenging, especially since she had never encountered a sangoma pursuing polyandry before.

“Nothing like this has ever happened before. I’ve also never seen a sangoma go through it, so it’s new to me as well. However, I’m embracing it, despite the difficulties, and learning something new every day,” Gogo Skhotheni reflected.
